Camerata performs at Kennesaw State University

On November 8th the CHS Camerata performed at Kennesaw State University as part of their annual "Orchestra Invitational." This festival gives the students a chance to perform in the beautiful Morgan Hall - one of the most acoustically perfect concert halls in Georgia, and the opportunity to work with several guest adjudicators. We received recorded feedback from KSU professors Dr. Nat Parker and Dr. Nancy Conley, and had a clinic with Dr. Kirk Moss from Northwestern University. The students performed an ambitious and varied program: 'Molly on the Shore' by Percy Grainger, 'October' by Eric Whitacre and arranged by Paul Lavender, and the Finale from 'Serenade for Strings' by P.I. Tchaikovsky. Check out our performance videos below!
